To permit the construction of a detached garage by increasing the total floor area for accessory
buildings from 90 square metres to 120.4 square metres.

TO APPROVE a detached garage by increasing the total floor area
for accessory buildings from 90 square metres to 120.4 square
metres, subject to the following conditions being fulfilled to the
satisfaction of the municipality at the owner's expense:
1. The existing garage be permanently removed within 60 days of
completion of the new detached garage, but not later than April 30,
2015, as it meets the intent of the Official Plans and the Zoning By-
law, is minor in nature and not detrimental to the neighbourhood.❑
