expansion, as it meets the intent of the Official Plans and Zoning By-
law, is minor in nature and not detrimental to the neighbourhood. In
addition, the applicant is advised that any proposed future
expansions will require rezoning of the property, rather than a minor
variance for additional lot coverageu
