Brian and Dawn Munn appeared in support of this application. No persons appeared in opposition to this application. Moved by John Bate, Seconded by James Vinson [TO approve the construction of a livestock barn with a minimum setback of 75 metres to the dwelling to the east, subject to the following conditions being fulfilled to the satisfaction of the Municipality at the expense of the owner: 1. That Site Plan Approval be obtained from the Municipality; and 2. That the manure storage area be a minimum 88 metres from the nearest neighbouring dwelling.
