to the following conditions:

satisfaction of the Clarington Emergency and Fire Services Department
and the Clarington Planning Services Department;
2. That a building permit be obtained for the construction of the
proposed deck;
3 That the deck in the interior side yard be the minimum width
necessary to comply with the Ontario Building Code; and
4. That there is no alteration to the existing grading of the subject lot, as
it meets the intent of the Official Plans and the Zoning By-law, is minor
