RECOMMENDATIONS:
It is respectfully recommended that the General Purpose and Administration Committee
recommend to Council the following:
1, THAT Report SOL-001-10 be received.
2, THAT Committee provide interim direction to the Municipal Solicitor prior to approval by
Council.
REPORT:
I will be providing a verbal report In closed session concerning an offer to settle which was
received from the plaintiffs'counsel late on March 3,2010.
