THAT report CS-07-86 be received; and
THAT authorization be given to establish a Building
Conservation Reserve Fund; and
THAT $20,000.00 be budgeted from the 1986 operating
budget to the Building Conservation Reserve Fund.

Arena, Darlington Sports Centre, Newcastle Village Pool,

Visual Arts feasibility study.

THAT Mayor Winters and Councillor Hubbard find temporary
space for use by the Staff of the Town Hall during
construction of the new complex.

THAT Staff review and prepare a report on surplus lands
and buildings owned by the Town;
AND FURTHER THAT Staff make recommendations for disposal
of lands and buildings superfluous to the needs of the
Town.
