THAT Report CLD-21-04 be received; <br /> <br />2. THAT the Santa Claus Parade Committee be accepted as a Committee of Council; <br /> <br />3. THAT a member of Council be appointed as Council's liaison to the Santa Claus <br />Committee; and <br /> <br />4.
