THAT Report FND-006-03 be received; 2. THAT in accordance with provision of Chapter M-45, Section 79 (1) of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990, the Treasurer reports the cash position of the Municipality of Clarington for the fourth quarter of the year 2002, as shown on the attached schedule; and 3. The attached schedules for the development charges information is for the months of October, November and December 2002.
