Minutes of a Special Meeting of Council
held on Wednesday, February 24, 1993 at
4:15 p.m. in the Council Chambers
ROLL CALL
Present Were:
Mayor D. Hamre
Councillor L. Hannah
Councillor M. Novak
Councillor J. O'Toole
Absent:
Councillor A. Dreslinski
Councillor K. Hooper
Councillor D. Scott

Town Solicitor, D. Hefferon

Town Clerk, P. Barrie
The Special Meeting was called for the purpose of discussing two
property matters.
REPORTS
Resolution #C-128-93
Moved by Councillor Novak, seconded by Councillor O'Toole
THAT Council move into Committee of the Whole.

Moved by Councillor Novak, seconded by Councillor O'Toole
THAT the meeting be "In Camera."

BY-LAWS
Resolution tC-131-93
Moved by Councillor Hannah, seconded by Councillor O'Toole
THAT leave be granted to introduce the following by-laws, and that
the said by-laws be now read a first and second time:
93-32
being a by-law to authorize the making of an Extension
Agreement between the Town of Newcastle, Benjamin Lewis
Angi and Betty June Angi, pursuant to the provisions of
Section 8 of the Municipal Tax Sales Act; and
93-33
being a by-law to authorize the making of an Extension
Agreement between the Town of Newcastle and Carolyn Gail
Mosier, pursuant to the provisions of Section 8 of the
Municipal Tax Sales Act.

THAT the third and final reading of By-laws 93-32 and 93-33 be
approved.

THAT leave be granted to introduce By-law 93-34, being a by-law to
confirm the proceedings of the Council of the Town of Newcastle at
this meeting held on the 24th day of February 1993, and that the
said by-law be now read a first and second time.
