THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF ClARINGTON
BY-lAW NUMBER 2005- 184
being a by-law to authorize a Purchase Agreement between the Corporation of the
Municipality of Clarington and 1477677 Ontario Limited, in respect to the purchase of
Block 196 on draft plan of subdivision 18T-90036, Part lot 10, Concession 2, former
Town of Bowmanville.
THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF ClARINGTON HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOllOWS:
1. That the Mayor and the Clerk are hereby authorized to execute, on behalf of the
Municipality of Clarington, with the corporate seal, a Purchase Agreement between
1477677 Ontario Limited and the Municipality
2. That the map attached hereto shall form part of this By-law
