THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW NUMBER 2005- 151
being a by-law to authorize an Easement Agreement between the Corporation of the
Municipality of Clarington and Ridge Pine Park Inc., in respect to granting a drainage
easement over part of Part 4 on Plan 40R-19004, Part Lot 4, Broken Front Concession,
former Township of Darlington, as shown on the attached draft plan of survey, for the
purposes of storm water discharge
THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the Mayor and the Clerk are hereby authorized to execute, on behalf of the
Municipality of Clarington, with the corporate seal, an Easement Agreement between
Ridge Pine Park Inc. and the Municipality
2. That the draft plan of survey attached hereto shall form part of this By-law
