Minuted of last meeting were read and on motion adopted as read. JL avi By-laws for the Buildin and setting out the use of land were given their first and second readings and By-law under Section 390 ordered to be sent to Municipal Board oa 3 for their approval. On motion of E.F.G.Vice and Percy Werry this Council declare Wm. L. Lycett a permanent employee. Letter from Mr. Spence, C.P.R., was read advising what should be done at the Crossing at Wade° s. The Clerk to reply. Other Communications were received and filed. James Nixon addressed Council re-land removed by wash amix causing fence to fall dawn. Tenders for School Debentures were submitted from Bell Quinlock Co, J.L.Graham Co. Harris MacKeen Goss & Co. On motion of Garnet B. Rickard and E.F.G.Vice this Council accept the Tender as provided by J.L.Graham Co. at 14a. Debentures for schools at a rate of 100.21 cents on the dollar plus accrued interest. General accounts were received and ordered paid. Road Supt. presented his report for April and Vouchers, on motion report was accepted and vouchers ordered to be paid.
