Darlington Council met this day with the Reeve presiding.
Minutes of last months meeting and Special Meeting were read. Moved by
Councillor MeGill,seconded by Councillor Skinner that the minutes be adopted as read.
Correspondence was opened.
Mr. Ken Hoover addressed the Council re Hunting Licenses and oven Fox
Season, This matter was laid over.
Mr. E. Osborne representing the South Darlington Area School Boa-rd
requested the Council for an advance of $9000,00 on Teacher's salaries. On motion of
Councillors Rickard and McGill this was granted..
B�Law was introduced authorizing
the borrowing of $20000.00 by the Township
from the Bank of Montreal.
Moved by Councillors McGill and Skinner that it be given its first reading,
Moved by Councillors Skinner and McGill that it be given its 2nd and 3rd
readings, be signed sealed and numbered 1153,
Bills were -oresenied.
On motion of Councillors Rickard and Winner the bills were to be paid,
and all relief bills are to itemized and signed by reliefee.
Road Sunt. -oresented his report and Vouchers.
On motion of Councillors Skinner and Mc�ill the report be filed and Vouchers
paid.

On m6tion of Councillors McGill and Skinner the meeting adjourned.,
