The Council of The Township of Darlington met in Committee
of the Whole on this date, with some Members of the Planning Board
in attendance. Reeve Blanchard presided, Deputy Reeve Muir, Councillors
Budai and Gibbs, and Messrs. Dunn, McGill, Watson, Quantrill, Laird
and Little also attended,
Moved by Councillor Budail seconded by Deputy Reeve Muir
that the report verbally presented by Mr. Little, Planning Consultant
for the Township2 on the St. Maryts Cement Company proposal, be
received, and that the Townshipts Staff and Consultants, be instructed
to prepare a statement of conditions to be presented to the Company
as the basis of an agreement to be executed prior to the requested
re-zoning, and that the statement, when prepared, be presented to
Council and Planning Board for approval,
Moved by Councillor Gibbs, seconded by Deputy Reeve Muir
that this meeting adjourn.
