I trust this meets with your approval and is as requested. On a further note, I would like to make you aware of the departments' position with respect to consumption of alcoholic beverages at our Town parks and p; ay f i e i ds. ' The baseball season is now upon us and just this morning I received a complaint with respect to teams consuming alcohol at Vincent Massey Park . As per our discussion, this letter will serve as official notice that any teams abusing municipal fields or regulations regarding alcohol consumption will have all permits revoked not to be re-issued. There will be no first or second warnings. The Durham Regional Police will have copies of all- schedules and have been asked to patrol all parks for alcohol consumption and where violations occur, charges will be laid. I would also at this time make you aware, that Wellington Street east of Liberty leading to Vincent Massey is not to be used for parking. "No Parking" signs will be posted in this area. Park patrons are asked to utilize the parking area provided at the School on Church Street. It is imperative that this information be passed through your organization ensuring everyone involved is aware of the situation. . ./2 t - z - I trust this information is complete.
