Whereas the Cemeteries Act (Revised) 1990 provides for the regulation and restriction of use of lands identified as a cemetery; Now Therefore the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington hereby enacts as follows: 1. That By-law 2012-061, as amended, is hereby amended by replacing Schedules A and B with the attached Schedule A. By-Law passed in open session this 11th day of May, 2015.
