COUNCIL MINUTES
A Special Meeting of Bowmanville Town Council convened at 4:10
p.m. on Thursday March 18th, 1005 at the Council Chambers,
Town Hall with His iiJorship Mayor Ivan M. Hobbs in the Chair.
All members present.
I ROLL CALL:
II BY-LAWS:
Moved by Deputy Reeve Stevens, seconded by Reeve Little.
THAT leave be granted to bring in the following By-law:
"A By-law to govern and regulate the Finances of the Town of
Bowmanville for the Fiscal year ending December 31st, 1965."
"CARRIED"
Moved by Con. Chant, seconded by Deputy Reeve Stevens.
THAT the By-law be read a first time, referred to Council in
Committee of the Whole and read a Second time, Mayor in the
Chair.
"CARRIED"
Moved by Con. Fice, seconded by Con. Prout.
THAT we rise and report successful second reading of the By-law
in Committee of the whole.
r.CARRIED"
Moved by Con. Hughes, seconded by Con. Fice.
THAT the report of Council in Committee of the Whole on the
By-law be received and adopted, the same be now read a Third
Time, engrossed, signed by the Mayor and Clerk, sealed and
numbered as follows:
" A By-law to govern and regulate the Finances of the Town of
Bowmanville for the Fiscal year ending December 31st, 1965."
