The Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington hereby enacts as follows: 1. That the blocks shown on Plans 40M-1669 and 40M-2430, and listed below in this section, being in the Municipality of Clarington, in the Regional Municipality of Durham, are hereby established, laid out, and dedicated by the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington as public highway: Plan 40M-1669: Block 56 (site triangle) Block 62 (0.3 metre reserve) Plan 40M-2430: Block 66 (0.3 metre reserve) Block 68 (0.3 metre reserve) Block 70 (0.3 metre reserve) Block 71 (0.3 metre reserve) 2.
