CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW NUMBER 2003- 118
being a By-law to authorize the purchase agreement between the Corporation of
the Municipality of Clarington and Wendy Louise Beaton, in respect to the
purchase of Part Lots 5 and 6, Block A", Plan H-50073, former Town of
Bowmanville, now designated as Part 1, Plan 1 OR-2017, 69 East Beach Road,
Bowmanville
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the Council of the Corporation of the
Municipality of Clarington enacts as follows:
1. That the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute, on behalf of the
Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington, with the Corporate Seal, a purchase
agreement between Wendy Louise Beaton and said Corporation.
2. That the map attached hereto shall form part of this By-law.
