THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
By-law 2003- 112
Being a by-law to amend by-law 89-107,
a by-law to regulate the use of skateboards and bicycles
in the Municipality of Clarington
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington
deems it necessary to amend By-law 89-107 regulating the use of skateboards
within the limits of the Municipality of Clarington;
NOW THEREFORE THE Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of
Clarington enacts as follows:
1. By-law 89-107 is amended by adding "Schedule "0" Newtonville" as attached
hereto, to the list of Schedules.
2. All the provisions of By-law 89-107 shall apply to Section 1 of this By-law.
3. This by-law shall come into full force and effect on the date of enactment.
By-law read a first and second time this 23rd day of June 2003.
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 23rd day of June 2003.
