THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW 2003- 065
Being a By-law to amend By-law 91-58, as amended, being a By-law
to Regulate Traffic on Highways, Municipal and Private Property in
the Municipality of Clarington.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington deems it desirable to
amend By-law 91-58;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington hereby
enacts as follows:
1) Schedule II "NO PARKING" of By-law 91-58 is amended by:
A) Adding the following reference:
Column 1
Hiqhwav
Column 2
Side
Column 3
Between
Column 4
Prohibited
Times or Davs
Boundary Road
(Burketon)
Old Scugog Road
(Burketon)
both
Regional Road 57 and the western
limit of Boundary Road
anytime
both
Boundary Road and 365 m
southerly
anytime
Wilcox Road
(Clarke)

Hwy #115 and the eastern limit of
Wilcox Road
anytime
2) This By-law shall come into force and take effect on the date approved by Council and
when signs to the effect are erected.
BY-LAW read a first and second time this 1ih day of May 2003.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 12th day of May 2003.
