BY-LAW 2002-171
Being a by-law to amend By-law 2001-010
and to appoint a Member to the Local
Architectural Advisory Committee for the
Municipality of Clarington
WHEREAS Council in accordance with Section 28 of the Ontario Heritage Act,
R.S.O. 1990, has appointed a Local Architectural Conservation Advisory
Committee ;
AND WHEREAS Council has received notice of resignations from some
members of the Committee;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT By-law 2002-010 be amended by deleting the following names:
Corey E. Barr
Paul W. Fish
Franco Scanga
2. THAT By-law 2002-010 be further amended by adding the following name:
Jennifer Knox
By-law read a first and second time this 28th day of October, 2002
By-law read a third and finally passed this 28th day of October, 2002
