BY-LAW 2014-041
Being a by-law to amend Refreshment Vehicle By-law 2004-114
WHEREAS on April 26, 2004, the Municipality enacted Refreshment Vehicle Licencing
By-law 2004-114; and
WHEREAS Council wishes to amend Refreshment Vehicle Licencing By-law 2004-114.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Corporation of the
Municipality of Clarington enacts as follows:
1. Section 13 of By-law 2004-114 is amended by adding the following:
"(d) Notwithstanding clause (a) a second refreshment vehicle may be located
on the property at 181 King Street East Bowmanville within 60 metres of
the pre-existing refreshment vehicle."
2. This by-law shall be effective on the date that it is passed.
