THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW 2004-026
Being a By-law to appoint Members to the Clarington
Highway 407 Community Advisory Committee for the
Municipality of Clarington,
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Clarington established a Clarington Highway
407 Community Advisory Committee through the adoption of Report PSD-128-02 and
Addendum to Report PSD-128-02 on January 13, 2003;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY
OF CLARINGTON HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the following persons be appointed to the Clarington Highway 407
Community Advisory Committee for a term concurrent with the term of the
appointing Councilor until a successor is appointed:
George Khouri
J. Bradford Soles
Ward 1
Ward 1
Fred Biesenthal
Johanna deBoer
Ward 2
Ward 2
Mark Canning
William Harford
Ward 3
Ward 3
Linda Gasser
Murray Paterson
Ward 4
Ward 4
Councillor Jim Schell
BY-LAW read a first and second time this 19th day of January 2004.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 19th day of January 2004.
