THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW 2004- 021
Being a By-law to repeal Schedule "A" to By-law 2001-012,
being a by-law to amend By-law 78-63 to establish the Orono
Arena as a Community Centre in accordance with the
Community Recreation Centre Act, RS.O., (1990) C.22 and to
provide for the establishment of a Community Centre Board.
WHEREAS THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON considers
it desirable to amend By-law 78-63, as amended;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY
OF CLARINGTON HEREBY ENACTS AS FOllOWS:
1. THAT Schedule "A" to By-law 2001-012 be deleted in its entirety and
replaced with Schedule "A" attached hereto and forming part of this By-
law.
2. THAT Schedule "A" to By-law 2001-012 is hereby repealed.
BY-lAW read a first and second time this 19th day of January 2004.
BY-lAW read a third time and finally passed this 19th day of January 2004.

THAT the following persons be appointed to the Orono Arena Community
Board for a term concurrent with the term of the appointing Councilor until a
successor is appointed:
Bert Reid
Councillor Charlie Trim
