CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW NUMBER 2003- 198
being a By-law to authorize the Easement Agreement between the Corporation of the
Municipality of Clarington and Hydro One Networks Inc., in respect to granting an
easement over part 1, 40R-20954, identified as Part 1, 40R-21944, Part lot 29,
Concession 2, former Township of Darlington, for the purposes of maintaining their
Hydro service
THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPAL TIY OF ClARINGTON HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOllOWS:
THAT the Mayor and the Clerk are hereby authorized to execute, on behalf of the Municipality
of Clarington, with the corporate seal, an Easement Agreement between Hydro One Networks
Inc. and the Municipality.
