being a By-law to authorize the transfer of Part 1, 40R-20954, 1740 Highway No.2, Part
lot 29, Concession 2, former Township of Darlington from the Regional Municipality of
Durham to the Municipality of Clarington
THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPAlTIY OF ClARINGTON HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOllOWS:
THAT the Mayor and the Clerk are hereby authorized to execute, on behalf of the Municipality
of Clarington, the transfer documents to accept the transfer of Part 1, 40R-20954, 1740
Highway No.2, Part lot 29, Concession 2, former Township of Darlington from the Regional
Municipality of Durham.
