BY-LAW 2003- 172
being a by-law to authorize the execution of an agreement of
understanding between the Municipality and Mearns East
Development Inc. regarding the lands within draft plan of
subdivision of 18T-95005
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF
CLARINGTON ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Mayor and Municipal Clerk be authorized to execute an agreement of
understanding with Mearns East Development Inc. respecting the lands in
draft plan of subdivision of 18T-95005 as provided for in Resolution number
C-563-03.
By-law read a first and second time this 20th day of October, 2003.
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 20th day of October, 2003.
