THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW 2002- 026
Being a By-law to authorize the execution by the Mayor and Clerk of a
Transfer Agreement between the Municipality of Clarington and the Trulls
Land Corporation or to its direction.
WHEREAS at its meeting on February 25th, 2002, Council approved the recommendations of the General
Purpose and Administration Committee that the recommendations contained in Report EGD 1 0-02 be
approved;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington hereby enacts as
follows:
1. THAT the Mayor and Clerk on behalf of the Municipality are authorized to execute a Transfer
Agreement with the Trulls Land Corporation or to its direction, to implement the
recommendations contained in Report EGD-l 0-02.
BY-LAW read a first and second time this 25th day of February 2002.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 21' day of February 2002.
