Minutes of Previous Meeting January 22, 2013 were approved

Website—Create new Website, with a new logo? New website would be more user friendly.
Have two people trained to maintain website. The cost would be about $200.00 to set up.
Motion: Create new Bowmanville Santa Claus Parade Website at a cost of$200.00

Rules and Regulations- have been updated to reflect the change of going Commercial.
Updated Rules and regulations will be sent to Entrants and Fillers this summer

• Will be making new costumes this year
• Complete Princess costumes with four different coloured capes
• Also, Mario and Luigi costumes
Kathy McLaughlin—Secretary/Publicity
• Permit has been sent to the Town. Brent Mavin is the contact now for Permit
• Letter has been sent to St. John Ambulance
• Central School—Permit has been send and received back, have a bill for Allison
• Region letter has been sent.
