HomeMy WebLinkAbout2013-095 CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON BY-LAW NO. 2013-095 being a By-law to amend By-law 84-63, the Comprehensive Zoning By-law for the Corporation of the former Town of Newcastle WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington deems it advisable to amend By-law 84-63, as amended, of the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington for ZBA 2013-0021; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington enacts as follows: 1. 9.3.29 RESIDENTIAL HAMLET EXCEPTION (RH-29) ZONE Notwithstanding the provisions of Sections 9.2 c. (i), on those lands zoned "RH- 29" on the Schedules to this By-law shall be subject to the following zone regulations: a. Yard Requirements i) Front Yard a) Minimum 10 metres b) Maximum 50 metres b. Garage Requirements i) Where an attached garage faces a street the maximum permitted outside width of the garage shall be 45% of the total width of the house. 2. Schedule "7" to By-law 84-63, as amended, is hereby further amended by changing the zone designation from "Agricultural Exception (A-1) Zone" to "Residential Hamlet Exception (RH-29) Zone" as illustrated on the attached Schedule "A" hereto. 3. Schedule "A" attached hereto shall form part of this By-law. 4. This By-law shall come into effect on the date of the passing hereof, subject to the provisions of Section 34 of the Planning Act.
