BY-LAW 2001-130
Being a By-law to amend By-law 91-58, as amended,being a By-law
to Regulate Traffic on Highways, Municipal and Private Property in
the Municipality of Clarington.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington deems it desirable to
amend By-law 91-58;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington hereby
enacts as follows:
1) Schedule XV"Through Highways"of By-law 91-58 is amended by:
A) Deleting the following reference:
Column 1 Column 2 Column 3
Highway From To
Church Street East limit of Temperance Street West limit of George Street
(Bowmanville)
Temperance Street North limit of Church Street West limit of Centre Street
and Lowe Street
in Combination
(Bowmanville)
And
B) Adding the following reference:
Temperance Street North limit of Wellington Street West limit of Centre Street
and Lowe Street
in Combination
(Bowmanville)
2) Schedule XVI"Stop Signs"of By-law 91-58 is amended by:
A) Adding the following reference:
Column 1 Column 2
Intersection Facing Traffic
Temperance Street and Wellington Street Northbound on Temperance Street
(Bowmanville)
Temperance Street and Wellington Street Southbound on Temperance Street
(Bowmanville)
Church Street and Division Street Westbound on Church Street
(Bowmanville)
Church Street and Division Street Eastbound on Church Street

3) This By-law shall come into force and take effect on the date approved by the Council of the
Region of Durham when signs to the effect are erected.
BY-LAW read a first and second time this 25th day of June 2001.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 25`"day of June 2001.
