THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW 2001- 056
Being a By-law to authorize the conveyance of Parts 5, 6 and 7 on Plan
40R-XXX.X to Dean Avery,in Trust.
WHEREAS Council at its meeting of April 2, 2001 passed By-law 2001-XXX and declared the portion of
John Street,more particularly described as Parts 5,6 and 7 on Plan 40R-XXXX to be surplus;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington at its meeting of April 2,
2001 approved the recommendations in Report WD-08-01;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington hereby enacts as
follows:
1. THAT the sale and transfer to Dean Avery, in Trust, of Parts 5, 6 and 7 on Plan 40R-XXXX is
approved.
2. THAT the Mayor and Clerk are authorized on behalf of the Municipality to execute the transfer.
BY-LAW read a first and second time this Td day of April 2001.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 14th day of May 2001.
