THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW 2005- 066
Being a By-law to declare Part 2 on Registered Plan 40R-23364 to be
Surplus;
Whereas the Council of the Municipality ofClarington at its meeting of February 16,
2004 approved the recommendations in Report EGD-07-04 respecting the declarations of
lands more particularly described on Part 2 of Registered Plan 40R-23364;
NOW THEREFORE the lands more particularly described on Part 2 on Registered Plan
40R-23364 are hereby declared surplus.
By-law read a first and second time this 18th day of April, 2005
