THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW 2005-006
Being a by-law to amend By-law 2004-020,
a by-law to appoint Members to the Newcastle Arena Board
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF
CLARINGTON HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT By-law 2004-020 is hereby amended in Section 1.
by deleting the name "Byron Reader" and replacing it
with the name "Dave Werheid".
By-law read a first and second time this 17th day of
January 2005.
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 17th day of
January 2005.
