THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW 2004- 263
Being a By-law to amend By-law 2003-179, respecting the annual
allowances paid to the Mayor and Members of Council.
WHEREAS on December 01,2003, Council adopted By-law 2003-179,
approving the rates of remuneration for the Mayor and Members of Council;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ENACTED THAT:
1. Section 1 of By-law 2003-179 be replaced with the following rates of
remuneration for Members of Council:
Mayor
Members of Council
January 1, 2005
January 1, 2006
January 1, 2007
$66,708
$69,043
$71,460
$26,683.
$27,617.
$28,584.
2. THAT this by-law shall come into force on the date of passage.
