SANTA CLAUS PARADE -- MINUTES OF MEETING
October 9, 2012

® Santa picture that is on Website will not work with the signs
Will go with the same as last year
JEN ASHBY— Bands
0 Website—cannot gain access to it, as it is an old program. Would like to upgrade
Website to be more user friendly. Use this year, but will check into changing for next
year
0 7 Bands are booked
0 Central Public School and Bowmanville High School will not be attending

ROBIN LACEY— Buttons, Costumes
• Costumes —still working on these
• Graydon will pull the Santa Float
• Memorial Park phone number- will contact them to have Hall opened
ROGER LETOOZEIBILL HEATHCOTE--Judging/Posters/Rogers Cable/Buttons and
Button boxes
C Trophies have been ordered,
• Kathy has found the plaques and will bring to next meeting.
