• Has started list of volunteers
• Kathy to prepare number for parade
• Mark and Eric McCormack will do website this year

• Ads were in paper4
• All donations letters have been sent
• Presented a donation for two hundred dollars
• Wrap up meeting will be at Village Inn on December 6`h at 6;30 p.m,
• Kathy will book this meeting
TRACEY BAYLEY-BUCKLE-- Make Up
• Tracy to order plastic bag signs from All Occasion Signs for$429.00
Motion made to obtain funds for signs out of Advertising Budget

• Has elevan bands confirmed already
• Toronto Signals will not be in parade this year

ROBIN LACEY— Buttons, Costumes
• Graydon has agreed to pull Santa Float this year
• Microphone --will work with Ron Thompson to fix Microphone with Graydon
• Costume maker waiting to hear back. Received prices from Bowmanville Fabric at a
cost of$950.00 a costume for six for$600.00
• Rental for costumes —to purchase $100.00 each
• Tracy to contact Dawn for phone number for costume maker
ROGER LETOOZE --Judging/Posters/Rogers Cable/Buttons and Button boxes
• Nothing to report as he is on vacation
