Robin All in Favour— Passed Terryl Tzikas — (Acting) Chairperson • Reviewed List of Duties KATHY MCLAUGHLIN — Publicity • Book Village Inn for November 30 @ 6:30 p.m. TRACEY BAYLEY-BUCKLE -- Make Up' • Sign is up • James Publishing will bill Marie for sign • Float Decal will be up soon • Permit is here and there is no charge • Sign is too big and this will be the last year that we can use this. New sign has to be 18 X 24 and there will be no need for a permit • Has 4 adults and 5 high School Students for make up MARIE HAMMOND —Treasurer o Has received $4200.00 in donation to date ® There will be a cheque coming from Ontario Power Generation JEN ASHBY-- Bands • Elevan Bands booked o Whitby Brass o Bowmanville Legion Pipe Band and Color Party o Clarington Concert Band o Central Public School o Concert Band of Cobourg o Kendal Fife and Drum o Bowmanville High School Band o Thrup N Bit o 1913 Ontario Regiment Army Cadet Band o Array Cadets Band o Port Hope Pipe and Drum • Port Hope Pipe Band would like to be in this years parade, but if we include them we will be over our budget. Motion: To accept Port Hope Pipe Band and go over our budge by $200.00 Motion: Roger 2"d: Marie All in favour- passed DAWN LONGMIREIROBIN LACEY— Buttons, Costumes • Santas battery Graydon to check. Robin will meet with Graydon this week • Still looking for a canopy • Buttons are in • Costume handout -we still have clown costumes, also require 4 for Flag Carriers • Sweatshirts (hoodies) are in • Memorial Park is booked ROGER LETOOZE —Judging/Posters/Rogers Cable/Buttons and Button boxes • Ted has sellars • Will require 12 more Santa Hats • Posters are done • Plaques have been ordered • Legion would like $300.00 this year to sell buttons • Judges would like a Judges Choice winner for next years parade • Mike and Doug are good to go JANINB COMEAU — Floats and Fillers • Bowmanville Zoo will not be attending this year • Has 13 Floats and 16 Fillers • BIA will be attending ALLISON DART - Incoming Treasurer Cannot provide a Canopy Next Meeting: Program Meeting Tuesday November 16, 2010 6:30 p.m. Robin Lacey's home 3 Argent Street Bowmanville, Ontario 906-697-1361 Please bring along an Appetizer
