Chairperson and Treasurer position is still open. Chairperson should be someone from
within the Committee and Treasurer should be someone that will be interviewed for
position

Has contacted Schools re advertise in School Newsletters, up to Principal if it goes in.
® Advertising in paper on October 8, Floats and Fillers and October 27th, for Costumes

® Buttons--Robin will contact David for some designs. Also, Dave to inquire from the
CRHL regarding design company
ROGER LETOOZE—Judging/Posters/Rogers Cable/Buttons and Button boxes
• Ted Walton from Legion is not available this year to assist with button sales. Roger in
the process of finding someone else
• Webpage—talk to someone at High School to do this. Mark McCormick is willing to sit
down with student to train on this. We will offer Volunteer Community Service hours
• Rogers TV has been contacted
• Two judges already confirmed. Debbie Fernandes is also interested
• Bobs Towing —will work the same as last year
• Quarry Lakes— 1 Gator and 2 carts have been confirmed
• Dave to follow up to find some carts (2 more would work)
• Mothersill--Roger still checking into this
Volunteer Award— will discuss at next meeting
