BY-LAW NO. 2013-017
Being a By-law to amend By-law 2001-098, a by-law to regulate the
discharge of guns or other firearms, air-guns, spring guns,
cross bows, long-bows in the Municipality of Clarington
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Clarington has approved the
recommendations contained in Report CLD-003-13;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ENACTED
1. THAT By-law 2001-098 be amended as follows:
a) THAT the words "and the Municipality of Clarington" be
deleted from Section 2.(2) (b); and
b) THAT the words "and the Corporation of the Municipality of
Clarington" be deleted from Section 2.(2) (f); and
2. THAT By-law 81-22 be repealed.
BY-LAW passed in open session this 11th day of February 2013.
