RECOMMENDATIONS:
It is respectfully recommended:
1. That Report WD -80 -86 be received; and,
2. That fifty thousand dollars be reallocated from the Golf Course Road
Reconstruction Account to fund the necessary road improvements on the
road allowance between Lots 26 & 27, Concession 8, Clarke.

There is $100,000.00 allocated in the 1986 Budget for the reconstruction of
Golf Course Road north from Graham Creek to Concession Road 3.
Due to difficulties in acquiring the property necessary for the
reconstruction, the revised 1986 funding requirement - for Golf Course Road
is $20,000.00. It is anticipated that the property requirements will be in
place and some construction will commence in 1986. The completion of the
1986 Golf Course Road is expected to take place in the early summer of
1987.
It is, therefore, recommended that $50,000.00 be reallocated from the
project to fund the Allin Road improvements.
