BY -LAWS
94 -139 being a by -law to authorize a contract between the
Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington and
Esposito Brothers Construction Ltd., Toronto,
Ontario, for the reconstruction of Lawson Road,
Courtice (Item #2(b) of Report #1);
94 -140 being a by -law authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to
execute the necessary documents to acquire a road
widening from John Meachin (Item ##25 of
Report #1);
