MOTION NOTICE OF MOTION At the meeting held on December 13, 1993, Councillor Hooper and Councillor O'Toole gave notice that they would introduce the following motion: "THAT all credit cards be turned into the Treasury Department FORTHWITH and not be used again unless approved by Council in advance for each occasion." At the meeting held on December 13, 1993, Councillor Hooper and Councillor Hannah gave notice that they would introduce the following motion: "THAT the Treasury Department be directed in future, any expense reports that are not in conformity with the existing by -law and policy, be not paid but referred to Council for approval."
