MOTION
NOTICE OF MOTION
At the meeting held on September 27, 1993, Councillor Scott
and Councillor Dreslinski gave notice that they would, at
the next regular meeting of Council, introduce the following
motion:
Moved by Councillor Scott, seconded by Councillor Dreslinski
WHEREAS it is important that a co- ordinated, proper,
continuous and efficient administration of the municipality
in accordance with Council's policies and directions, be
provided;
AND WHEREAS Council determined by resolution on July 12,
1993, to defer the filling of the Chief Administrative
Officer's position on an interim basis for reasons stated;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED:
1. THAT effective October 13, 1993, in addition to her
responsibilities as Treasurer of the municipality,
Marie A. Marano be appointed Acting Chief
Administrative Officer of the municipality; and
2. THAT there be no salary adjustment until January 1994,
in accordance with budget discussions.
