HomeMy WebLinkAbout2012-023 THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON BY-LAW 2012-023 being a by-law to establish certain lands as public highways WHEREAS the lands set out in the attached Schedule "A" have been conveyed to The Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington or The Corporation of the Town of Newcastle for road widening purposes. NOW THEREFORE the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington hereby enacts as follows: 1. The lands shown in Schedule "A" are hereby dedicated and assumed as public highways. 2. This by-law shall come into effect on the date of passage. O. 1993 c. 3, on July 1, 1993, The Corporation of the Town of Newcastle was confirmed as a town municipality under the name of The Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington.
