HomeMy WebLinkAbout2012-015 THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON BY-LAW NO. 2012-015 Being a by-law to stop-up and close and to authorize the sale of part of a road allowance WHEREAS the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington deems it desirable to pass this by-law; and WHEREAS the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington at its meeting on February 27, 2012 approved the recommendations in Report EGD-009-12 NOW THEREFORE BE IT ENACTED AND IT IS HEREBY ENACTED AS A BY-LAW OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON AS FOLLOWS: 1. That part of the unopened road allowance described as Part of the unopened road allowance between Lot 32 and 33 Concession 7 (former Township of Clarke), being Part 1 on 40R-27350, Municipality of Clarington, Regional Municipality of Durham is hereby stopped up and closed and conveyed to Orono Fish and Hunt Club by The Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington. 2. That the Municipal Solicitor be authorized to take all necessary action to effect the transfer.
