By-Law No. 79- 51
Being a by-law to amend By-Law No. 75-34, being
a by-law to licence, regulate and govern the
operation of Tourist Camps in the Town of
Newcastle.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle on

regulate and govern the operation of Tourist Camps in the Town of
Newcastle;
AND WHEREAS it is deemed desirable to amend the said By-law;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle
hereby ENACTS as follows: -
(1) THAT Section 4(3) "Licence Application and Fees" is hereby deleted
and the following Section 4(3) substituted:-
"Licence Applications and Fees
Every application for a licence shall be made in
triplicate on the Corporation's 'Application for
Tourist Camp Licence' form. The fee payable for
a Tourist Camp Licence shall be $100.00. "
