BY-LAW NUMBER 2004-113
being a by-law to authorize a purchase agreement between the Corporation of the
Municipality of Clarington and the Trustees of the Ebenezer Congregation of the United
Church of Canada and the Trustees of the Faith United Congregation of the United
Church of Canada, in respect to the acquisition of 2201 Courtice Road, Part Lot 28,
Concession 2, former Township of Darlington, Municipality of Clarington
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Corporation of the
Municipality of Clarington enacts as follows:
1. That the Mayor and the Municipal Clerk be hereby authorized to execute, on behalf of
the Municipality with the Corporate Seal, a purchase agreement between the Trustees
of the Ebenezer Congregation of the United Church of Canada and the Trustees of the
Faith United Congregation of the United Church of Canada and said Corporation.
2. That the map attached hereto be part of this by-law.

BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 26th day of April 2004
