of the Village of Orono in the County of Durham, make oath and easy ;
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN :
On January 22nd., lc)711 I did attend the offices of the Ontario
Department of Transport, between the hours of 2 and 3 P.m.,
where I presented By-laws Nos. 2 and 3 of the Police Village of
Orono, for Departmental approval.
At the name time, a Bylaw No.22724, of the Corporation of the United
Counties of Northumberlqnd and Durham was given approval by the
Department. Alsog at this timeq By-law No.16%, of the Corporation
of the Township of Clarke, being a rescinding By -law, was given
Departmental approval.
I did, then, deliver the approved By-law, in persong to the
Iftinicipal Offices of the Township of Clarke.
As By-laws Nos. 2 and 3 were approved on the same day, and within
the same hour, as the By-laws of the Corporation of the Township
of Clarke and the Corporation of the United Counties of Northumberland
and Durham, there would be continuity of authority to regulate traffic
within the Police Village of Orono.
